Our Christmas Fayre will return on Saturday 3rd December 2022.  More information on all of our Christmas events will be available later in the year, so stay tuned for updates.  To keep up with the most up to date information, follow us on social media.

 

Christmas 2021 kicked off with our brand new Christmas Fayre on Saturday 4th December, which saw Newland Street lined with festive stalls for all your Christmas shopping needs. In between browsing, you could grab yourself a warm mulled wine and gather round for the big switch-on of the town's Christmas lights. The festive entertainment continued under the twinkling Christmas tree. We also had our Crafter's Corner at Witham's United Reformed church, where you could buy a warm drink away from the cold December weather.

Later in the month our Carols by Candlelight returned after a successful first event in 2020. Residents wrapped up warm and joined others outside to sing along to favourite Christmas Carols, in partnership with Churches Together.

And guess who also visited the Town Hall? Only Father Christmas! He popped in to say hello to all the boys and girls and find out who has been naughty or nice.
