Nominations are now open for the 2017 Award
The Mayors Youth Award is open to anybody aged 11 to 25 who live, works or attends education in Witham.
Do you know somebody who you think should be recognised for their hard work and involvement with the community? If so please either email James Sheehy : firstname.lastname@example.org or collect a nomination form from the Witham Information Centre at the Town Hall.
The winner of the award is presented with a certificate and cheque for £250 in recognition of their contributions to Witham, with a further grant of £500 to be awarded to a charity or cause of the winners choice. The award will be presented on Wednesday 4th October 2017 at 7pm at the Town Hall.

Witham Town Council Parking Strategy Task Force Draft Review 2016
Witham Town Council formed a Task Force of interested local parties to investigate parking problems across the whole town to get a better understanding of what parking provision is needed, where and when, and how it is best provided, to develop an action plan which all interested parties can sign up to.
