Heart and Sole is a FREE health walk programme set up by Braintree District Council which provides safe walking routes led by trained volunteers every Tuesday. Each walk lasts for approximately 30-40 minutes, afterwards you can finish with a cup of tea and a chat.
Start point Morrison's car park in Witham at 10am.
